The 3rd generation iPod Touch did not get the expected camera this time, instead it has been made faster, upgraded to 64gb, and at a lower price. Apple focused on the iPod Touch as a gaming platform in their presentation, and are putting their hopes on the lower price driving the Christmas sale.
