Bluetooth speakers are hot commodity at CES this year with it being the only widely adopted wireless streaming standard working across smartphone platforms. While most compact bluetooth speakers provide stereo sound, very few generates what can be described as true left/right stereo. Supertooth Disco Twin bluetooth speakers are amongst those that now can.
Supertooth have upgraded their Disco bluetooth speaker to now come as a pair (twin) that when used together provides right/left stereo. Each unit can provide 16W power output with dual front drivers and a bass reflex system towards the back of the system. When paired together, the Disco Twin speakers provides a decent 32W of output power, which is not bad for bluetooth speakers sub $200 (for a pair). The Supertooth Disco Twin speakers comes with integrated rechargeable batteries that can provide up to 10 hours of playtime between charges, or 3-4 hours of paired together at full blast volume.
Release date for the Supertooth Disco Twin is set to around February this year (likely US release), but we will be back with more information, including UK release date when available.
