Samsung with new ‘Level’ headphone line to rival Beats

Samsung has long now been Apple’s biggest rival on the smartphone market, and now it looks like they are ready to take the challenge to them on the audio accessory side as well as Samsung has announced a new ‘Level’ line of headphones and portable speakers to challenge now Apple owned Beats Audio.

The new Samsung Level range is aimed at the premium audio market, taking them heads on with not only Beats Audio, but also other well established brands such as Bang&Olufsen BeoPlay range, and Bowers & Wilkins, which have a very strong range of headphones and home speakers aimed at the more premium end of the smartphone user market.

Samsung has included the following range of audio products in their Level range; Level Over headphones, Level On headphones, Level In headphones, and Level Box bluetooth speaker. The headphones are available in black finish and in white with tanned leather finish.

The Level Over headphones is the top end headphone and includes 50mm drivers and bluetooth connectivity for this over-ear model. This is followed by the Level On-ear wired model, featuring 40mm drivers, and the Level In-ear headphones said to “cover all the low, mid, and high sound naturally”.

Samsung Level Box is entering a very competitive portable bluetooth speaker market, and doing so with a very polished designed unit 56mm speaker and passive radiator, NFC, HD microphone, and a rechargeable battery offering up to 15-hours of play between charges.
