It is perhaps to be expected from Samsung, as one of the key competitors to Apple, to deliver a compact speaker dock that plays nicely with their own top of the line smartphones as it does with Apple devices. With the Samsung DA-E670 you will get options for pretty much any smartphone or tablet in the market, with a hidden docking solution for both Apple devices as well as Samsung Galaxy S2 and newer. Other systems are supported with a variety of streaming options, from Apple AirPlay and Samsungs own AllShare Play, to enhanced Bluetooth 3.0 with Apt-X for a higher quality bluetooth stream (requires Apt-X enabled media device as well).

The DA-E670 is basically the little brother of the Samsung DA-E750, and design wise it is very similar with its stylized tabletop design, sleek finish, and front firing main drivers. The 2.1-channel stereo set up includes dual 10W drivers and a 20W built in woofer for a combined 40W power output. Hands-on review of audio performance coming soon.
