Klipsch has for long been a popular choice amongst iDevice owners for both their high-end earphones and their now legendary Klipsch Image One headphones. With wireless becoming a growing category, they have now taken the step into that market with a Bluetooth version of their Image One headphones.

The Klipsch Image One Bluetooth is an on-ear headphone featuring professional grade foam ear cups and 40mm dynamic moving coil drivers to deliver both comfort and hopefully that great Klipsch Audio performance. In addition to standard Bluetooth A2DP profile, Klipsch have thrown in AptX support to deliver an even higher quality audio stream from compatible devices to these foldable portable on-ear headphones.
With the wireless audio offering up to 40-feet connection and the rechargeable built-in battery offering up to 10-hours of playtime between charges, you have the freedom to roam while listening to your music, untangled. Control functions such as play, pause, skip tracks etc. are all located on earcups themselves. A built-in mic allows for making and receiving phone calls as well should you be wirelessly connected to a smartphone or similar. In those cases that you run out of battery, a standard wired 3.5mm headphone jack can be used until you get a chance to recharge the headphones using the associated micro USB charging cable.
A quick search on reviews of the new Klipsch Image One Bluetooth headphones shows them coming out at the better end of the market, so I can’t wait to get my hands on a pair for testing, and will of course share my experience here as soon as possible.
