By admin • Apr 13th, 2008 • Category: nike+Although it has not been announced formally yet, all rumours indicate that Apple will open up the ipodtouch and the iPhone for use with the Nike+ system. As the touch and the iPhone increase in popularity we are sure this will be a very welcome addition for all us gymrats out there.
If you are not sure what the Nike+ system is yet, you can read more about Nike+ here. But to explain it shortly, the Nike+ system consist of a small wireless sensor that sits inside your shoe (if you have a Nike+ model shoe, if not you can buy an extra sensor to attach to the laces), and a receiver that connects to your ipod to gather details about your workout, such as time, miles and pace. This can then be uploaded from your ipod into itunes and shared online.
