Mary J Blige sued for iPod commercial song

Singer Mary J Blige has been sued for $2 million by a company that claims her song in a recent iPod commercial includes music they had made.

The Drama Family Entertainment company has sued the singer over copyright infringement, claiming that Mary J Blige’s song “Work That” which was used in an iPod advertisement earlier this year was created by a person working for their company at that time.
