Phone calls with my ipod touch? Yes please

The post is a guide to how to turn your ipod touch into an iphone basically, using Voip service from SIP-VoIP. What you need is the following:
- A jailbroken ipod touch - takes 45 seconds
- A touchmod mic - about £25
- The SIP-VoIP application - freeware
