Canadian Apple iPod owners gets credit over iPod batterly life

Apple has agreed to give owners of first and second generation iPod a credit at their online stores if their iPod battery life is less than 5 hours between charges. The settlement also covers third generation iPods where battery life has fallen below four hours.
