Blueprints of possible 2nd generation iPod Touch
By admin • Sep 3rd, 2008 • Category: Apple iPod, Lead Story, iPod TouchFollowing earlier news about Apple holding their much expected iPod conference in San Francisco this coming Tuesday 9th September, news started to circulate online containing possible blueprints of a new iPod Touch.

iLounge was among the first to reveal the new blueprints of a 2nd generation iPod Touch and the 4th generation iPod Nano. The blueprints of the new iPod Touch reveals that it will take after the 3G iPhone design with more rounded features and being slightly taller and deeper. The dimensions on the blueprint of the 2nd generation iPod Touch are 111mm tall by 61.8mm wide and 8.4mm deep. The drawings also appear to feature a volume rocker on the side, a feature that many felt was missing on the original iPod Touch.
There is however no news about additional features of the upgraded 2nd generation iPod Touch. However the people over at Cnet has their own opinion on the iPod Touch and iPod Nano blueprints, saying that the biggest news at the iPod conference might be improvements to the iTunes software and steep reductions in the price of the iPod Touch, which will be much welcomed.
