Fortune released their annual list of the most admired companies this week, and Apple was voted the most admired company.
The list is based on the Fortune 1,000 list which ranks the largest companies in the US. It is then broken down to the ten largest companies in each industry. After that invited executives, directors and analysts are asked to rank the companies in their industry on eight criteria, which includes amongst other investment value.
This just proves the success of Apple as a company and their products ranging from the Mac to the ipod.
