If you have found yourself on an international flight than you might have seen the in-flight magazines selling the Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones focusing on their noise-cancelling abilities, and if there has been anyone around you with an iPhone or an iPad, there is a good chance at least one of them will have these headphones.
The key things i look for when it comes to a portable headphone is its ability to block out noise, and of course how my music sounds on them. There is nothing worse than having to crank up the volume all the way to the top just to try and use the music to block out the noise from a plane, train, or talkative commuters. Luckily there are headsets that can fix this, including the Bose QuietComfort 15.
Bose QuietComfort 15, thanks to their battery powered noise reduction system and over-ear design, does a great job at getting rid of those unwanted noises, allowing you to enjoy your music at volumes that will not cause you permanent hearing damage. In addition they feel quite lightweight and comfortable to wear, which is very important from portable over-head headphones, as you might easily find yourself using them for hours at a time.
When it comes to sound the Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones also perform pleasently. I’m no audio expert but i think i can easily tell the difference between good and bad sound, and these are definitely on the good side. Personally i found the sound well-balanced, with the bass not too overpowering. If you want an audio experts advise you can always head over to WhatHiFi and their top-rated review of the Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones.
