Producer of iPod accessories Atico International USA has been sued by Apple for patent infringements, trademark infringement, and unfair competition by selling unauthorized ipod accessories.
Atico produces the iPod accessories like portable boom box, alarm clock radio, and portable speakers, all with iPod docks. The products are not part of Apple’s ‘made for iPod‘ range. According to sources online this program includes a $4 per unit flat fee to Apple for the license.
