The UK magazine Stuff has held their annual gadget of the year awards after a public vote amongst their readers and the iPhone was awarded the gadget of the year award.
The iPhone beat out other great gadgets like the Nintendo Wii, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and the ultimate iPod speaker dock, the B&W Zeppelin to win the reader gadget of the year award from Stuff magazine. According to the editor of Stuff magazine, the criteria for the competition was performance, design, value, and the elusive cool factor that most Apple products have.
The gadget of the year winner among the editorial staff was the Asus Eee PC no-frills laptop.
