It was bound to happen as iHome is one of the leading accessory makers in the Apple market, and they have now confirmed that they will out a range of new products at CES, including some with Lightning compatible docks.
Both the iHome iDL100 and iDL45 are Lightning port compatible FM clock radio docks, with the first of them actually featuring dual lightning docks as well as a USB connection and the usual line-in. The top model iDL100 is expected to retail at around $149.99 in the US (likely around £100 here in the UK), whilst the iDL45 has a recommended retail price at $99.99 (estimated around £75 for UK).
iHome has plenty more up their sleeve for CES this year, as they are growing their presence in the Bluetooth speaker market with a range of new systems, including their popular retro boom box; iHome iBT44. The system operates on six D batteries with charging through USB, features a powerful amp that pushes two woofers and dual 1-inch tweeters. With Bluetooth this is a system that works great for both Apple devices as well as Android and other Bluetooth enabled media players. Expected retail price for the iBT44 is $199.99 (around £150 estimated).
Other Bluetooth products from iHome at CES includes the iBT20 FM alarm clock radio, the iBT88 rechargeable mini stereo speaker, and the iB85 foldable wireless headphones with mic, remote and a convenient travel pouch.
We should have more information on all the new iHome products following CES 2013 next week.
