Bose AE2w Bluetooth headphones – first impression

Bose AE2w bluetooth headphones

Bose has long been amongst  the forefront in quality headphones that are wired, and with the wireless bluetooth headphone market heating up, the addition of the wireless Bose AE2w Bluetooth headphone is their attempt to crack that side of the market too.

Bose AE2w bluetooth headphones

For those familiar with the Bose AE2 headphones, this is basically the wireless version of the same headphone. The design is roughly the same, plus the addition of the bluetooth control unit and the rechargeable battery that is, which personally I find a bit quirky placed design wise compared to what I have seen from other bluetooth headphones in the same class. Otherwise the quality of the builds feels good as always from Bose.

Having not had a chance to test them out yet, other than a quick listen in a store, I can’t say too much about the audio, but first impression was positive, and the headphones sit comfortably on your ears. How they compare sound wise with other bluetooth headphones in the same price range I will have to report back on once had a chance to test them out.
