Beats Executive headphones goes first class

Besides the earlier announced Beats Wireless headphones and new colors for the current range of Beats by Dr.Dre headphones there has been no real new announcement from the trend leading headphone company, that is until now. The company is now going high-end with their new Beats Executive headphones.

Beats Executive headphones

Whilst Beats by Dr.Dre have been busy delivering their audio quality to computers and smartphones following HTC coming in on the owner side of the company, it is nice to see a new headphone coming out again. The Beats Executive headphones look smart and sophisticated, like a pair of over-ear headphones you would see some executive on a business class flight wear without thinking that it looked odd. The Beats Executive style will give the likes of Bose QuietComfort 15 and B&W P5 some serious competition, and if the audio quality is matching, or even improved, on other Beats by Dr.Dre headphones, this could be the executive headphones to have.

The Beats Executive are high definition headphones with a premium design, finished in brushed aluminum, with leather head band and earpads for the ultimate comfort. Details of the headphones specify that they are noise cancelling and include an on/off button to save battery life. It is however not specified if the battery is used for active noise cancelling, or if the Beats Executive can also go wireless, similar to the Beats Wireless headphones.

Beats Executive headphones are expected to retail at $399.95, or likely around £330 or so here in the UK, but we are awaiting confirmation of release date and price.
